Insurance
Since I have no employees to help me navigate the insurance labyrinth, I serve most of my families on a direct pay-for-services basis, aside from TRICARE clients.  Please contact your insurance company directly to ask if your policy will reimburse a percentage of expenses if you go out-of-network.  I am fully licensed and CAQH credentialed. 

The only reason TRICARE is an exception is because our returning men and women from the military tend to carry this coverage; I feel I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for their sacrifices.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
